Ronald Cameron
Ronald Cameron was born in 1930. He trained as a sculptor at Camberwell School of Art for four years, gaining a National Design Diploma in 1951.
After two years with the Gordon Highlanders in Malaya as a national serviceman, he spent ten years as a black and white line drawing artist with an advertising agency. During those years, in his spare time, he undertook different sculpture work. By 1963 he became a full-time professional sculptor.
A worldwide reputation for detailed and accurate work brought in many prestigious commissions. For the last ten years he has concentrated on fine art, limited edition bronzes comprising, life sizes and more recently quarter life sizes.
Collectors in America, Japan and throughout Europe now eagerly seek Ronald Cameron’s work.
