Monreal

Monllor Real, known as Monreal, was born in 1958 in Valencia, Spain.

A painter with hyper-realist tendencies who began to paint as a child, at first simply as a pastime. Over time, this hobby led him to grow into a great artist.

He studied drawing and illustration at the School of fine Arts in Brussels. In 1990, he began to work as a graphic designer, but what truly fascinated Monreal was oil painting, so in 1997 he decided to dedicate his time to painting on a professional basis.

This artist reflects on canvas the beauty of creation. He is well known for his still-life and representations of fruit and flowers. His techniques give his work strength and depth.

He has been awarded various prizes and medals and his work is widely held in public and private collections.
