Figurative Art

Figurative art is a form of art that focuses on capturing real-world people or objects. Artists often impart a unique style into their figurative art, departing from depictions that show accurate versions of the real world or human form. This helps to emphasise an artist’s personal view and is shown wonderfully in the jovial and bright paintings by Paola Cassais. Similarly, sculptural work by both Yenny Cocq and Anna Andreadi are recognisable in their individual styles, with the simplification of figures lending more emphasis on form and shape. At Forest Gallery we offer a stunning collection of figurative art by leading painters and sculptors in varying styles.
