UK DELIVERY
Free insured delivery via courier is available for all purchases over £250. We aim to deliver artworks within 5 working days unless framing is required (in which case 10-14 days). If your order is urgent please specify this and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. Delivery times are an estimate and we will keep you informed if this delivery window is likely to be exceeded.

You will receive confirmation of your order and tracking details once delivery has been booked. If you wish to receive your artwork on a certain day, please specify this in the order notes when checking out.

Please note that some large artworks under glass may require a specialist courier and are therefore excluded from the free delivery offer. In such instances we will contact you prior to arranging delivery and you will have the option to confirm your order. Saturday delivery and express delivery is available for a small charge of £25 – please contact us to arrange this. Professional installation may be offered by quotation to some areas of the UK as well as same day express delivery. Please contact us to arrange these alternative options.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver artworks worldwide. For the majority of countries shipping charges will be applied automatically at checkout. If you are outside of these regions you may still purchase online and we will contact you with a competitive quotation for delivery to your country. ONLINE CATALOGUE
We endeavour to keep our website as accurate and up to date as possible. Please note that dimensions are approximate and rounded to the nearest inch. If you require exact dimensions of an artwork before ordering please get in touch with us.

RETURNS
For your peace of mind, we offer an extended 30 day returns option for any online purchase. We suggest you retain the original packaging if you are considering this option as we reserve the right to deduct any damage which occurs during return transit. Once we have received the return it will be checked and a refund will be issued less the return postage costs.

ART VISUALISER
We have teamed up with Art Visualiser to bring you the latest technology in viewing artwork from the comfort of your home. Just click on the Art Visualiser button above and follow the easy step by step instructions.

If you are experiencing any technical difficulties or do not have access to the Art Visualiser app then email a photograph of the space and wall where you would like to see the artwork and we will do the rest. If you can include some dimensions as a reference point it will help to scale the painting correctly against your wall.

HOME VIEWINGS
For those living in the South-East of England we also offer a Home Viewing Service and Home Approval Service. To take advantage of either of these services please call us on 01798 368181 to discuss your requirements.

REGULAR PAYMENT OPTIONS
Online checkout is completed via Stripe or Paypal both of which allow payments via a credit or debit card (including Amex). For alternative methods of payment (including payment on collection from the gallery) please contact us.

INTEREST FREE FINANCE
We are partnered with Own Art, a government-backed scheme to help you spread the cost of your purchase, interest free on purchases over £100. To choose this option, click ‘Buy With Finance’ on eligible products or select Own Art at checkout whilst placing your order. You will then be redirected to complete your application. Finance is available up to £2500 (any amount over this will be requested via a deposit).

ARTWORK RESERVE SCHEME
Alternatively, we offer an artwork reserve scheme – a fast and simple process without the need for credit since your purchase will be delivered once the final instalment has been made.
