Anna Andreadi

Anna Andreadi graduated from the International School of Zurich and shortly afterward moved to Athens. Her first artworks were experimental artistic applications. The artist combined techniques learnt from working with clay, metal, plaster and wood. Soon Anna realised her passion and interest lay in the creation of metal sculptures, specifically casting in bronze.

Anna uses bronze as the key material in her joyous figurative sculptures. Her works are inspired by the human form and represent the careful balance of opposing forces to create harmony. Recurring themes of nature are seen in her delicate sculptures, with tree forms and the presence of birds often making an appearance.

Operating from her studio in Athens, Anna meticulously crafts each sculpture by hand using cold cast bronze segments. Using a combination of techniques, she adds to the piece to create the desired finish in the sculpture. As a result, each limited edition is unique.

Anna Andreadi has collaborated with local and international art galleries in Europe, creating bronze sculptures ranging in size.
