Golden Light by Takeshima

by

An atmospheric seascape painting by the talented Japanese artist Hiroko Lewis picturing Takeshima island off the West of Japan. With scenic qualities that have been sung in famous songs such as the “Tetsudo-Shoka” (a collection of songs about famous Japanese places connected by railways, lit. “Railway Songs”), the city of Gamagori, and especially the coastal area around Takeshima Island, has long been known for being a much sought-after resort destination in the Tokai Region.

The painting is framed with a dark wood stained floating frame as shown and ready to hang.
