Large Conker With Ladybird (1165)
Why we love this piece
EDITION SOLD OUT. This bronze is the largest of the collection and has a removable conker and lid. The design of the case incorporates a tiny Ladybird resting on the leaf, and has been intricately hand painted to enhance the natural look.
Large Conker With Ladybird (1165) is made in solid foundry bronze using the ancient method of lost wax casting. The sculpture weighs 335g with dimensions Height: 8.5cm x Width: 8cm x Depth: 6.2cm. Limited edition of 95.
The design is finished by the art of patination where various acids are applied to the surface of the bronze and heat applied to create a deep rich brown patina. The tiny Ladybird is delicately hand painted in artists oils. The bronze is then sealed with a special wax which further enhances the colour and protects the bronze for years to come.
Beautifully presented in a printed box containing a signed certificate of authenticity. The bronze is engraved with the sculptor’s signature and limited edition number, matching the certificate enclosed.

Free insured delivery via courier on all orders over £250, typically within 5 working days. If framing is required please allow 10–14 days. You will receive order confirmation and tracking details once booked — if you need delivery on a specific day please note this at checkout.
Some large artworks under glass may require a specialist courier and are excluded from the free delivery offer; we will contact you to confirm before proceeding. Express delivery and professional installation are available in some areas — please get in touch to arrange. Please note that all dimensions are approximate and rounded to the nearest inch.

We deliver artworks worldwide. For the majority of countries shipping charges will be applied automatically at checkout. If you are outside of these regions you may still purchase online and we will contact you with a competitive quotation for delivery to your country. Alternatively please get in touch for a quotation prior to purchase.
RETURNS
For your peace of mind, we offer an extended 30 day returns option for any online purchase. We suggest you retain the original packaging if you are considering this option as we reserve the right to deduct any damage which occurs during return transit. Once we have received the return it will be checked and a refund will be issued less the return postage costs.
For those living close to our galleries we offer a Home Viewing Service – this is available within a 10–15 mile radius – please get in touch with us to confirm availability.
