Michael Morgan Originals

Michael Morgan Originals presents detailed watercolour painting rooted in the rural landscape. Farmland and birdlife provide the subject matter, with crows placed within a carefully observed countryside setting. The original watercolour medium brings together fine detail, gentle tonal variation and the distinctive softness of colour associated with works on paper, while retaining the character of the artist’s hand. Medium in scale, these works are suited to viewers drawn to British rural scenes, natural subjects and understated compositions. The collection offers an opportunity to explore Morgan’s original approach to watercolour through atmospheric landscape imagery and close attention to the features of the countryside.
