Why we love this piece

We love how the great coral cloud glows against the cool, misted sky, drawing the eye towards that slender, steady horizon. Coventry-based Alison Johnson is known for atmospheric oils that bring seascape and abstraction together. Her energetic handling of light gives this edition warmth, movement and a lovely sense of openness. A strong choice for collectors drawn to contemporary landscape with real presence.
