Jose Manuel Reyes

Jose Manuel Reyes was born in 1963 and brought up in Valencia, Spain. He now lives and works as an artist in Madrid, but as an art student he travelled extensively, visiting galleries in almost every European country.

During his younger years Jose Manuel Reyes supported himself by selling his paintings and working in vineyards; he became both an aficionado and a painter of wine and has undertaken many prestigious commissions for vineyards in France and Spain.

This passion for painting still life and particularly grapes and wine has enabled Jose to master his talent and his work now forms collections internationally. Atmospheric yet full of exquisite detail and masterful brushwork, his paintings offer a hyper-realistic view into his interests and passion.
