APPROVAL SERVICE

As one of our most popular services and in use for over 25 years, the Home Approval service will give you that extra peace of mind when selecting your perfect painting.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We appreciate that it isn’t always easy to imagine how a paining will look in your home. What if the lightning is different? What if it doesn’t fit in the space?  These are they types of comments we frequently hear and fully understand these which is why we encourage you to try a painting in your home for up to seven days with no obligation.

CAN I TRY MORE THAN ONE PAINTING?

Of course!  The Home Approval Service can be used to trial more than one painting at home and is a useful way of deciding between a number of favourite paintings which you have seen in the gallery or online.  We often find that our clients find it very beneficial to trial a few paintings to get a feel of which complements the space and décor of the room the best.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE APPROVAL PERIOD ENDS?

On the expiry of the seven day Home Approval (or before if you wish) you can decide whether to keep or return your painting(s).  Purchases can be made via bank transfer or in the gallery (we no longer accept card payments over the telephone).  Any paintings you wish to return should be returned to the gallery once the Home Approval period has ended. If you require any further information or help during the Home Approval period we will be on hand to offer advice and assistance.

WHAT ABOUT FINANCE OPTIONS?

Following a Home Approval you can still take advantage of one of our finance solutions when making a purchase.  Feel free to request further details once you have decided on your painting and one of our members of staff would be happy to help.

HOW DOES IT DIFFER TO YOUR HOME VIEWING SERVICE?

The Home Viewing Service is a short term viewing option where we will bring your chosen painting(s) to view at your home at a specific time suited to you (subject to availability and distance restrictions). We can offer advice on where and how to hang the painting(s) and will either leave the painting(s) at your home if you would like to purchase them or return the paintings to the gallery. This service is suited to those who may not be able to transport larger paintings themselves and for those who would like extra advice and assistance in selecting a painting when in situ.  Following a Home Viewing it is possible to trial the painting on Home Approval for up to seven days if you would like more time to decide.

HOW CAN I TRY THE SERVICE?

Once you have decided to take advantage of this service you can either pop into the gallery or give us a call on 01798 368181. There is a short form to complete and you will need to provide some photo ID as proof of address. If you are visiting the gallery please remember to bring this with you.
