HOME VIEWING

Our Home Viewing Service allows you to see a painting or selection of paintings in your home at a time convenient to you.  A great option for those who would like us to advise and assist when visiting or for those with little time on their hands.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you have selected the painting or paintings you would like to see at home we arrange for a suitable time to visit you.  No hassle or transport required, one of our professional art consultants will bring the painting(s) and can offer advice or guidance as required. Simply fill out a Home Viewing form and we will do the rest!

Please note that appointments are subject to availability and charges will apply for home viewings outside of a 25 mile radius of the gallery.  If applicable, charges will be refunded against the cost of any purchase. Please feel free to get in touch with us for further information.

CAN I TRY MORE THAN ONE PAINTING?

Of course!  The Home Viewing Service can be used to see more than one painting at home and is a useful way of deciding between a number of favourite paintings which you have seen in the gallery or online.  We often find that our clients find it very beneficial to see a few options to get a feel of which complements the space and décor of the room the best.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE HOME VIEWING?

We will arrive with your chosen painting(s) and help you as much as you would like in deciding where and how it should hang.  Home Viewing appointments usually last between 30 minutes and 1 hour but can be longer if required. Once you have made a decision we will return any paintings to the gallery as desired and leave the favourite or favourites with you to enjoy.

WHAT ABOUT FINANCE OPTIONS?

Following a Home Viewing you can still take advantage of one of our finance solutions when making a purchase.  Feel free to request further details once you have decided on your painting and one of our members of staff would be happy to help.

HOW DOES IT DIFFER TO YOUR HOME APPROVAL SERVICE?

The Home Approval Service is a longer term viewing option allowing you to enjoy the painting(s) for up to seven days whilst you make a decision. Customers using this service will usually arrange the transport to and from their home but the gallery can arrange for this in certain circumstances (e.g. for large paintings).
