Michael Simpson Teddy Bears

Michael Simpson’s teddy bear collection brings together small bronze sculptures with a warm, characterful presence. Each bear is individually named, giving the group a playful sense of personality while retaining the enduring qualities of cast bronze. Compact in scale, these sculptures are designed to sit comfortably on a shelf, mantelpiece or desk, where their detailed forms can be appreciated at close quarters. The collection offers a charming interpretation of a familiar and much-loved subject, balancing the nostalgic appeal of the teddy bear with the weight and permanence of bronze. Each sculpture is accompanied by a presentation box, making these tactile works especially suited to gifting or collecting.
